Responsibilities:
Contribute to the Design and implementation of the global learning curriculum for ITS (project-based activity); Continuously improve the ITS L&D service offering, contributing to the employee value proposition for ITS staff; Organise, communicate, execute, and report ITS training programs, including:Flagship learning;ITS learning journeys;Shared learning (peer-to-peer);Individual learning; Support and enable a learning culture in ITS, where staff actively participate in training activities and self-improvement is recognised (both internally and externally i.e. formal certification); Leverage ITS subject-matter expertise to improve the overall (specialist) ITS support service offering; Cooperate with project teams and managers involved in product launches/updates to enable a consistent high quality learning experience for ITS; Support and manage the necessary communication activities related to change; Manage the learning experience platforms ( Edcast /Lab) which will enable the ITS global L&D curriculum, providing access to online training content for all ITS staff. Requirements:
3-5 years of L&D or IT service experience B.Sc. or equivalent, preferably in computer science, IT or another technical subject area A good understanding of the different ways people learn and adopt/adapt to change Proven ability to solve problems creatively Experience implementing learning programs within large (multi-national) companies Experience of managing programs across regions and cultures and having good operational knowledge in the IT services space
