Achieves individual and team objectives according to the required performance standards and KPIs Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality Entry creation in TMS in order to capture new shipment positions, based on permanent coordination with abroad control tower Experience in administrative sector and freight invoice review would be an advantage Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player High level of attention to details and accuracy Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and minimal knowledge of SharePoint Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred) DB Schenker GBS Bucharest is committed to create a dynamic work environment that values proactivity, customer focus, team spirit, open feedback and integrity.
