Key tasks:
Effectively conduct all scrum related activities in the team, cross teamcollaboration Adopt appropriate Agile frameworks, methods and techniques tailored to thecontext of the team. Undertakes continuous/regular improvements, agrees measurements and tracksprogress towards improvement. Undertake Agile Planning techniques focused on incremental delivery of customervalue with team, Product Owner, Product Manager and other valued stakeholders. Help create excellentcollaboration between the Product Owner and the Development Team Facilitate communicationacross all team members, act as a catalyst to help spread an agile mindsetacross the wider CPS department and DKV What makes you stand out
Candidates will have to demonstrate:
3+ years' experience in an environment using Agile methodologies (Scrum preferable) 1+ years’ experience as Scrum Master Minimum Agile certification of either PSM, CSM, DASM, PMI-ACP etc., Technical background with respect to web application development, knowledge about Software development and operations Good English communication and writing skills Able to communicate “why Agile” as well as “how to do Agile”. Use specific tools and techniques to foster and maintain engagement Close working with Product Owner and Product Manager to curate a backlog of options for potential commitment to deliver. Servant Leader: supporting the team in achieving Better-Value-Sooner-Safer-Happier.
