We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our International OHAI Cerner Implementations and Migrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end client implementations as well as migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. The Technical Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, infrastructure engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementations and migrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, project management, client implementations, and cloud-based technologies, with a particular focus on Cerner systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The idea candidate will also have deep knowledge of international regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and cloud-based technologies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HITECH, and their implications for IT systems. Deep knowledge of international privacy and compliance regulations including GDPR, and their implications for IT systems. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in related field. Fluency in German would be a plus. Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end international OHAI client implementation and migrations to OCI, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migrations. Implement industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion. Manage vendor relationships and ensure that all contractual obligations are met. Manage client requirements and ensure that all regulatory and compliance obligations are met. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and escalate issues as necessary. Continuously assess and improve the migration process, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
