Job role

The IT SAP PMO will be part of the Business Application Services within Allianz Technology SE and he/she will support our customers regarding the migration of SAP systems into the Global Identity & Access Management solution of Allianz (GIAM).

What you will do

Handles projects of different levels of complexity based on the existing methods and processes

Respects and follows the processes, rules and principles of the GIAM environment regarding initiation, documentation, estimation, approvals and timeline

Supports customers and stakeholders with their requests and acts as business analyst for GIAM requirements

Manages and coordinates the relationship with the stakeholders especially acts in a position between GIAM factory team, SAP implementation team and Allianz internal customers

Ensures that improvements and new functionalities are considered in the projects to evolve the IAM/SAP area continuously.

Facilitates bi-weekly GIAM-/SAP team meetings

Obtains the necessary approvals for projects and contracts and manages the financial aspects of the project

Manages the risks of the projects as well as the quality of the deliverables

Participates in all sprint planning meetings and plans additional tasks accordingly

Deliver the projects in the agreed timeline, quality and budget

What you bring

1-2 years professional experience as a IT Project Manager

Ability to act as a business analyst for identity and access management topics

Training/experience in Agile methodology

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Ability to work in and manage virtual teams in an international environment

International project and job expertise

Self-motivated and customer-centric working style

High level of self-organization and initiative

Strong ability to work under pressure

You have

Working experience in the following areas

SAP User Management

Identity and Access Management OneIdentity

JIRA

Service Now

MS Office suite (especially Excel, Word, PPT)
